I'm a AECP (ALTENEW Educator Certification Program) Participant!
Hello everyone and welcome to my blog!
I've got to be honest to you - THIS is actually the main reason why I started this blog:
I would like to inspire people to make cards, share my thoughts on material and everything that comes with it... well, you're right - this really isn't news. I think I mentioned this on my main page as well as the "About" section...
BUT, what better way than doing it with a professional touch?
I love learning new techniques and following videos to enhance my skills - I'm kind of like a sponge when it comes to card making.
That's what I thought about when I saw ALTENEW's invitation to be part of the program in my inbox.
I've got to admit - it took me a while to read through the information and actually convince myself to actually do it. :-)
“Without dreams and goals there is no living, only merely existing, and this is not why we are here.” - Mark Twain
Well... I did apply and I recently got accepted. So here we are!
Study, Create and Share
During the course of the next months (it's self-paced, so it can take a while...) I will take several online classes - 10 for Level 1 and 20 for Level 2 - and will share my homework as well as the final projects for each level right here.
And I hope you - and especially the amazing girls at ALTENEW will like my posts.
But don't worry - This will not be an exclusive ALTENEW blog now - even though I really love their products and simply the quality of everything they sell.
I will also mix in other materials - like the Hero Arts "My Monthly Hero" products or the Spellbinder's "Big Die of the Month" or my new favorite products from The Greetery and Simon Says Stamps... and, and, and.
I'm super excited and can't wait to start...
But first things first and I can't believe it's February already. So, I'll be sharing a couple other things during the next days to catch up with everything on my desk.
Thank you for your interest and for reading this.
Make sure to like and comment and let me know if you have any questions :-)
